Comfortable Furnishings

The comfortable furnishings invite you to complete relaxation, and many of the pieces were made by Isla artisans. The Villas are air conditioned, with separate thermostats in each room.

The large kitchens are fully outfitted with microwaves, toasters, and coffee makers with permanent filters, unlike a typical Isla Mujeres hotel experience. Both villas have china service, cutlery and glassware for 8, as well as pots, pans, utensils and serving dishes. Appliances are stainless steel - a gas stove with a manual-light oven, and a double-door refrigerator.

Linens are provided, a hair dryer and iron and ironing board in each Villa. Safes are provided in both rental Villas.

Relaxing Pools

Enjoy the ocean breeze and take in the sun in one of three of the amazing pools available - including a pool directly below the villas and a 5th story pool offering 360 degree views of the entire island - literally the best views on the whole island!

Large TV's & Balconies

The living rooms and master suites have large flat-screen TVs. The DVD player and dvd libraries are found in the living room. The bedrooms and living rooms have IPod / IPhone docks to play your favorite playlists.

Each private Isla Mujeres rental Villa has three balconies – adjoining the master suites, living rooms, and guest bedrooms.

Spacious Living Areas

Both Isla Mujeres rental condos include spacious living rooms with open floor plans. They’re keyless - you simply punch in your code to gain access, so you don’t have to worry about losing your key at the beach!

As you enter the large living area, the first thing you notice is the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea just beyond the large balcony. Thanks to the wall-spanning pocket doors, the view is completely unobstructed, and you’ll enjoy the beautiful sea breeze.

Across the living room is the entrance to the master suite. It has the same gorgeous views, with pocket doors and a spacious balcony. The master bedrooms feature hand-made domed brick ceilings – a traditional architectural detail in the Yucatan region.

The beautiful Jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, and the tub is surrounded with hand-cut tikul tile. The ensuite bath connects the Jacuzzi to the shower and toilet areas, flanked by a large closet area.

Only 10 minutes from the fun and great restaurants of Hidalgo Street and Playa Norte, Villa Anna and Villa Messina are ideally situated in the center of island, where you’ll enjoy tranquility, beautiful sea breezes and unparalleled ocean views. The vacation properties are centrally located outside of the hustle and bustle but close to endless things to do on Isla Mujeres.

Both condos are decorated with furnishings hand-made by local artisans, and paintings by Isla artist Gaby Tosello grace the walls.
